      We profile how you produce energy across intensities (aerobic vs anaerobic) and model the demands of your target event using the same analysis. That gives a clear map from where you are today to where you need to be.

    2. Fuel Tank
      We model your glycogen stores, how fast you burn them in different sessions and how quickly you can refill them. This drives both training and nutrition so you are actually fuelled to do the work your plan demands.
       

    Together, your program is built as a route from A to B, based on your real physiology and fuel availability, not a generic FTP and zone chart.

  • You can access your full metabolic and performance profile analysis for free just by signing up to the app. This gives you a clear picture of your current physiology and how it shapes your performance. 

    That includes all your performance stats, plus a look around the app, before deciding whether to subscribe for the full training features.

  • Absolutely. Coaches can use the same physiological profile their riders see in Topp to guide their own programming. Topp makes it easier to understand what kind of work a rider actually absorbs and where their limits sit, so decisions around volume, intensity, and recovery are quicker and better-informed.
